Terms And Conditions

By participating in the Velev Advisors Referral Program, you agree that your participation is subject to the following terms and conditions. General: Velev Advisors reserves the right to lawfully refuse service. Requirements: You and your referee must have capacity to contract. Limits: Minimum fee for individual returns is $100. Minimum fee for returns with Schedule C, D, F, H, 2106, 3800, 4136, 8829, IRA is $150. Additional fees may apply in the following cases: your Schedule C gross is over $100000, your Schedule F gross is over $100000, your Schedule D has more than 10 transactions and you have pass through income or rentals. Minimum fee for business returns is $350. Additional fees may apply if your gross is over $500000, you have more than 4 shareholders/partners or members, you are switching accounting methods or filing certain elections. Cleaning up books, adjusting and closing accounting periods may necessitate the imposition of additional fees. Timeliness: Claims must be submitted within thirty days (30) days of the referral. Promotion Period: The promotion may end at any time.
